My portrait mini-sessions are the perfect answer for a simple, unique and popular fundraiser. Mini-sessions make a photoshoot with a professional affordable – there is no sitting fee. The sessions are short so kids don’t have time to get bored. I run through multiple poses with every person who steps in front of my lens creating a lot of unique options to choose from, I often have people tell me they have a hard time choosing their favorites. Plus, I keep up a fast pace, filled with posing instructions and fun banter which helps people relax and not worry about what to do with their hands. It is all designed to help people have fun while bringing out their personalty to create beautiful professional pictures.
How It Works
Fundraiser Style
We can take portraits of the kids in your group. Great for teams, scouts, dance troupes, ect.
Or
We can take family portraits of people connected to your group. Great for church groups, clubs, non-profit organizations ect.
Schedule Photo Day
This is the day and time for the portrait shoot. It is usually a four hour block of time scheduled to work well with your group. Multiple days or more hours can be scheduled to accommodate larger groups. The total amount of time varies depending on size of group and style of shoot.
Spread the Word
Using the the materials that I provide, let everyone know about the photo day. Depending on the fundraising style this may include flyers, emails, business cards or posters. All materials contain scanable QR codes or links for easy photo day sign up.
Host Photo Day
It is the big day. Make sure that I have access to the photo day site an hour before the first scheduled picture so that I can set up my mobile studio onsite. We welcome the people and get them excited for the photoshoot. Tear down takes about 45 minutes after the last scheduled session.
Collect Raised Funds
Photo day participants will get text notifications with links to the online galley and reminders to make any purchases before the galley closes. One month after the photo day the online galley will close. I will send you a check for 20% of the total purchases!
